I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Dolche Truckload Corp recently was disappointing. I had to deal with one of their maintenance employees (ext. 102), and honestly, he was super rude and even insulting. I was just trying to get some help as a driver, so I really didn’t expect to be treated like that.

It left a bad taste in my mouth and made me question how they treat their drivers overall. Hopefully, the company looks into how their team interacts with drivers because basic respect and professionalism shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Hello, I am looking for a job. I am a refrigerated trailer driver and my father was also a driver. As the famous saying goes, I am a driver's child and I have been driving for about 20 years, but I have about twelve years of experience with a license. I have worked with all kinds of trucks since Benz 1845. , Volvo 460 and 500, Scania 420G and 410 and R 560R 450, Renault 460, Renault T480 and the new Renault Face 2023. Duff Euro 5 and Duff Euro 6. I also worked with some Chinese trucks. I have worked on Benz Mylar 1926 and Volvo NH 420 and Volvo FM420. I drive very well, my steering wheel is very good, I am married, I have no children. Have to give it one star from a non-employee point of view after reading the 'deer' review. This company says its the drivers' responsibility to pay for damages caused by a deer running onto the road and into the side of their truck, and that the driver is responsible for damages Contract states driver is responsible for any damages. May be in contract, but one wonders what kind of ethical thinking the company has. Seems they are not of American-based values and understanding and are probably of European origin. I hope any potential drive reads this and the 'deer' review below. Has to be a trash company all the way.

The most disrespectful trucks out there. I had one around me earlier today on I-30 westbound in Arkansas tailgating no use of a directional light and texting while he was driving. I turned his truck # and trailer # to the Arkansas DOT. I'm getting sick of these companies putting incompetent drivers in their trucks.

Been driving for this company almost a year. I must say best choice i could have ever made. Great staff and everybody treats you like family. And the checks aren't to bad either. If any drivers are looking for a place to call home give Dolche a call...

While I was with Dolche all was well. My dispatcher was great and so was the Safty manager. My issue is this. Dolche withdraws $250.00 out of your first four checks and puts the money into an account to be returned 45 days after leaving the company. It is my understanding that the money is to be used for careless acts that cause damage to equipment and or Truck abandonment. I was hit in the side of the truck by a deer, never was this animal in front of me, I saw it only a split second before it struck the side faring covering the fuel tank. There was nothing I could do to avoid this, yet they charged me over $ 750.00 which they withheld from the escrow money. Don’t work here they apparently hold you responsible for things that can’t be avoided.
