My first order from Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating was nearly 20 years ago, when i was in my late 20's. Their 7 day plan helped me understand portion control and I achieved my weight loss goals. Last week, I made the decision to order again and started this week's 4 day plan today. I no longer have a local pick up spot, like I did 20 yrs ago, so they shipped to me. Arrived in the best packaging I've ever received (comared to popular meal kits) and Best of all, their food is still amazing!! Try this if you're on the fence, at least for one week or 4 days. I'm only on my first day, and ordered again for next week. I'm so thankful this company is still in business!! I love you, SSHE team!!

I had used Seattle Sutton(SS) about 20 years ago with great results. Unfortunately, (SS) in Milwaukee stopped having pick ups in town. I had thought maybe SS was no longer in business or that the number of members in Milwaukee were too low to have offices. Recently, I found SS on the web and that they deliver to Milwaukee. Nice!
SS does four things for me: 1) Door to door delivery with outstanding packaging, 2) Excellent entries, 3) A menu that changes, 4) Very healthy food choices that makes me feel great! I look forward to each one of my meals.
SS can be a bit pricey, but when you add the costs for meal prep (shopping, traveling, time spent preparing, variety, avoiding fast food and food waste). The price for me is in the ballpark. I should note that there are times that I get invited to family gatherings. The non-used meal easily is pawned off to my daughter, grand daughter and others.

Three years ago I started eating the 1200 meal plan regularly, except for vacations. It’s perfect for me because I move from house to house to do overnight pet-sitting and am rarely in my own house. My clients love that I have Seattle Sutton meals so they don’t have to provide me with any food except good water. I don’t have to shop, store ingredients all over their kitchens, prepare meals, use their stove or oven or cooking tools, have to clean up their kitchens, leave garbage or have leftovers. All I need is a microwave & utensils! So easy for me!

I know the Seattle Sutton meals are varied, balanced, proportioned, and healthy is every way. Everything is fresh and not canned or frozen. My blood tests & dexascan results are perfect, EXCEPT (full disclosure), I was cheating until 1/1/25 because I am a sugar addict. My A1C was 6.3 & my glucose level was too high. I drink only water but I can easily eat a ton of sugar of all kinds! This is in spite of have a mother & grandmother who both graduated with four year degrees in Foods & Nutrition, and being fed properly until I went to college. But I have been sugar free for two months, except for natural sugars in fruits & vegetables. Now the weight is coming off & I have more energy.

I can’t imagine how I would be able to plan & to shop for all of the ingredients I would need for such a variety of meals. Everything is SO good, even though I’m not a meat-lover, and, yes, I would rather eat chocolate, donuts, and ice cream. But my taste has changed and I no longer crave sweets. I wouldn’t be able to be so active & healthy at age 77 if it weren’t for Seattle Sutton!

I was hoping to lose some weight but even better than that this is the most well rounded healthy meal plan I've ever experienced. I'm never hungry and just loving the vegan option. Have more energy and plan to stay on for awhile longer.

I just started back on SSHE and WOW! The food has been fabulous. There are some nice changes! Some of my favorites are the pasta meals, the breakfast pizza and the salads! Kudos to your chef!! I feel better already too!
