Wonderful experience! I called in an order and they were the nicest florists I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. Super helpful and it was a beautiful arrangement. If I’m ever in need of an arrangement TPM will be my first call. Thanks for being so wonderful!

By farrr the best flower shop.. seriously, I can’t exaggerate how amazing the flowers that they create are!! If it’s your wedding, prom, funeral, or you need flowers for the Mrs (like me).. it’s definitely the place to go!! They will truly make you feel like family! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Called on a Friday afternoon around 3pm from out of state asking if it was too late to send some flowers and a bear to a family member and whoever helped me over the phone made sure to get my order delivered within an hour to my sweet niece. Amazing customer service and fast! Thank you for helping put a smile on her face!

Called to place an order. The phone rang for a while And when they finally picked up they were quite rude. I felt like they didn’t want my business. The lady that answered the phone was short and had attitude, so I hung up mid order and called Blythe flowers. They were very welcoming and pleasant from the very beginning.

With visiting Ottawa, I surprised my wife with a weekend getaway to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. I’d like to thank the staff for their courteousness. I was running late (as usual) and the they attempted to delivery the flowers earlier, but we hadn’t arrived yet. They were kind enough to call later and check up on my status. They redelivered the flowers for me. The white roses were perfect and as of two days later kept blooming. My wife loved the flowers. If I’m back in Ottawa I know where to order from.

So disappointed in the lacking customer service. I placed an online order on April 16 to be delivered May 4 for an anniversary. It didn't show up, so I called on May 5. The person on the phone made up some story about "someone" calling and saying to hold it until today. I asked who called and she avoided the question saying there must have been a miscommunication. No apology, no offer to do something to fix it, just an oh well, we will deliver today. The point of advance ordering is to make sure it arrives on the date it is desired. This was my go-to for orders in Ottawa, but never again.

Beautiful bouquets to choose from.Not what you might get however......
Our last respect to a loved one had filler put in which was wilted two days later,name spell also incorrect. Talked to owner,daughter,other shop attendees. Off-putting. DO better people! This is your livelihood- questionable
and disappointing !
