I recently visited Dick’s Sporting Goods and had a great experience. The store offers a wide selection of quality sporting equipment, and everything was well-organized. What stood out the most was the exceptional management team. The managers were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Their friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the store was a bit crowded, which made navigation slightly difficult and we waiting almost 15 mins in line to get checked out. Nonetheless, the excellent service from the managers more than made up for it. Highly recommend this location!

Rob in the golf shop is amazing. Been helping me figure out my exact grip situation with my clubs and he has been the best. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great guy.

Great selection, massive from inside, bought quite a few items from there. Staff were helpful, varied selection of local and international sports brands and most items were good price. Would visit again soon.

Last Friday (05/13/22), I stopped at this location after work to shop for new outfits for my vacation. The whole time I was being followed and stared at by a female employee whose name I didn’t catch. She made me feel really uncomfortable and even called another employee to follow me around. I don’t know what made her think that it was a good idea to do so. I don’t know if it was for the color of my skin or what. It’s disappointing that after spending thousands of dollars over years at this location I get treated like a criminal. I can say for sure that I won’t spend my money here any longer after I return the items that I purchased and didn’t have a chance to try on because of the harassment.

I was looking for women's white jogger set. Didn't find it. Wah! Wah! Wah! I would have purchased a man's set had I found a matching set. I'll keep looking. Next time good people. Next time.
