We had been waiting 7 months for this shipment. It was previously sent via another shipping company that ended up damaging it in transit. Chuck came during the scheduled time and was super professional and friendly! We had several large boxes and after hearing about our previous experience, he took the time to help me open each one to check for damage. There was none. My items shipped out on a Tuesday and got to the facility on a Thursday. After not hearing from TForce I did call after a few days and they scheduled my delivery appointment for the following day. Not sure how long I would've had to wait if I didn't call, but five stars for Chuck!

This place is a complete joke,miss pickups on a daily basis due to "ignorant management"having a shortage of drivers constantly suspending them. Tforce frt sucks!

I use to be a driver there but left shortly after ups sold us out, since I left the company has continued a downward trajectory, it went from being number 4 in LTL to number 8 in 3 years. They treat drivers like garbage

This location has scheduled delivery dates/times with me three times. On the first delivery date, they just never showed up, and notified me the next day the package was lost. On the second delivery date, after they confirmed they found the lost freight, they called a half hour prior to the delivery window and told me they lost it again. On the third delivery attempt, they showed up 2 hours and 10 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery window.

As someone in the logistics industry (working for another location) this was the worst delivery experience I've been a part of. I spoke with 3 people at this facility and every single one had an attitude about answering the questions I had after spending more than 100 dollars to ship with them.
