We had a great experience with Dr. Harper. He is an amazing doctor with great bedside manner. I had a really rough week leading up to my surgery. I was one week post-delivery of my baby via c-section prior to my eye surgery. He provided me with so much reassurance and made sure that all precautions were taken with the eye surgery being so close to my c-section.

I see Dr Harper every year to check my retinas and vision. The staff are efficient and organized and I moved quickly through the exam process. It is reassuring to hear those words of confidence from Dr Harper that everything looks good and I trust him implicitly. I know that he is literally world renown for pediatric retina care and perhaps only one of a very few doctors in the entire country that does this. I'm certain he takes good care of me and delivers the advice and information directly and precisely. I would recommend everyone have an annual eye checkup even if you don't think you have a problem. Your vision will get checked and your retina is evaluated for abnormalities and a glaucoma screen is performed. I know Dr Harper and all of the Austin Retina doctors are top notch and you only get to practice in that group if you are superb.
