Bridgette was warm, friendly, attentive and easy to talk to about my condition. Best experience I've ever had at the doctors office and I've been with ARC for a very long time.

I don't want to leave out her assistant who was also very friendly, easy to talk to and put me at ease. And the front desk people were polite and friendly.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by two ladies who assist in in-processing. They greeted me with smiles and responded to my questions and responses. Their glowing personalities set the tone for my complete visit.
Within a very brief time, Adrianna came to take me to the waiting room. She also greeted me warmly as she took my vitals and administered a short questionnaire. Her responses to my questions were very good as she demonstrated knowledge, and care in her vocal tones and her facial demeanor. She also took my weight, blood pressure, and pulse. She told me that my vitals were very good. Later, Ms Bridgett came in and gave me a brief discussion of a functioning and non functioning prostate. Further, she spoke of the great successes that have been achieved through Flomaxx. She hinted that much knowledge can be gained from a blood draw. Bridgett gave me candid responses to each of my questions even to those that related to urination and some of a sexual nature. I commend her in rendering responses that echoed her vast medical knowledge of the prostate.
Lastly, I met the lab technician, Ms Shannon Barrs. She too was cordial, drew my blood painlessly, and maintained courtesies and a lovely smile. She was the closing act in what I term an awesome day!
I am grateful for the services that were rendered by the entire medical staff. I should also mention that the facilities were spotless, including the bathroom.
