Great restaurant. I drove 25 min for a kraby patty but bob wasnt on the grill. MR. Krabs must have downsized to a krappy patty. Not what was on the advertisement. I would have paid extra for the actual burger. And could have chose the krappy patty for the kids.burger has a garlicish taste to it. Meat was basic. Joeys has better options. Definitely one of the best places to buy food.

The food was very delicious I was surprised by how flavorful the pasta was. Usually pasta joints over salt their pasta but this one was creamy and delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the egg rolls but they were interesting. My dad enjoyed them. 😋 the only downside was the heavy set female cashier. She rolled her eyes at me and other customers and gave a sour attitude and made remarks when she handed me my food too? Idk maybe she had a bad day.

I don't know why it has taken me this long to review this place. I was at Joey's wedding. I was here when the Orland Park location opened... like... BEFORE the additional building. However, after ANOTHER engaging conversation with Dana I felt compelled to because like her and I were saying... you can go anywhere to get a hot dog. You can grab a slice a pizza, or a burger, or some pasta literally anywhere else within a 5 minute drive of this place. But you come HERE because not only is the food good but the people are even better. You're acknowledged, you're remembered, you feel like you're part of the family. It's crazy to think they have over a half dozen locations now but when you actually think about it there is no reason why they wouldn't. Great food, affordable prices, and an overwhelming great staff. Hats off to Dana (the hot dog girl lolol) for completely unintentionally giving me the motivation the write a review, which surely will be one of many 5-star reviews, but I just left and felt like it was something I needed to do. Keep up the good work everyone, you truly make this THE ma and pop shop to go to.

Yummy food, big portion if you get a large fry so I recommend going smaller. Adding cheese to the fries is a $1 charge for a small cup, it isn’t enough if you get a large fry. The food is overall expensive, I was charged over $11 for a hamburger and large fry. Good customer service, quick turnaround for receiving food, tiny, cold place with nowhere to eat besides at barstools in front of the windows. I’d go again for the food but won’t any time soon.

Ordered just 1 Philly steak sandwich at 9:25 p.m., there was only 1 person ahead of me and at 940 decided to just walk out and never come back, there were 3 cooks listening to too loud music and not focusing on servicing customers. This is the LAST time I was there , did not even ask for money back, will never come back.

Unfortunately had a poor experience. The burger didn’t seemed grilled, believe it was boiled which was odd. Many of my friends love this place but I won’t be back. Great service and atmosphere though.

Update: this has been my hit for hotdogs. I know I’ve said that the dogs are soggy but must of been a bad cook that day or something. I’ve been coming here for the past couple months and I’ve been lucky getting the hotdogs.

I definitely won’t be buying a hamburger….
I have ordered hot dogs here and they tasted gross and soggy. I came in for a burger.. but definitely not worth $4.50.. No fries or drinks are included in this price. I try to pay cash, since they charge more if I pay with a card. I am not sure why the bun has to be so big? I was pretty hungry for a hamburger, but now I have to find somewhere else to go. Customer service is lacking as well.
