Went on line checked their hours. Room took off of work. Drive 3 hours and 20 minutes. It’s not even 2pm yet. They said they aren’t going to sell me anything. About to start counting for inventory. What a way to help out and earn business with a new customer. They should have updated their Google profile.

After being told it's be fine to load our truck with a 2500 lb load, when I asked multiple times if that's ok, stating I'm not comfortable with that, they assured it would be fine. Needless to say they set the entire load on the tailgate only, of course damaging the truck. No one wanted to take responsibility. When I talked to the "manager" who told me he didn't have time for this kind of stuff, he said technically they're not even supposed to be loading my truck, that they did me a favor! He said they don't even have insurance to be doing This! So needless to say, we now have a damaged truck that no one is taking responsibility for ..oh and all of our wood was defective. This was a HORRIBLE experience. Convict Hill Flooring sent us to this warehouse to pick up our wood. C & C told me to call them that it wasn't their problem. Of course Convict Hill said they're just the middle man and have nothing to do with it. Stay away from both places unless you want defective wood and possibly a damaged vehicle.

They are only worried about loading up the Hispanics that come in with their pickup trucks. We are in a 18 wheeler just sitting in the dock. They are not concerned with us.

Nice and friendly staff. Best thing is that prices are on items.. Not so in other distribution centers.. I prefer C&C..
