Ken (J Abraham) was super responsive to my repair request, knocking on my door less than 30 minutes after I placed it. He handled all the repairs quickly and efficiently, and he was professional and friendly and even gave me some tips regarding garbage pick up and recycling pick up. I’m very pleased with the level of service he provided.

Me and my husband live in Orland Ridge. I love it here!!! My Villa is beautiful and staff is always there when we need anything. Neighbors are great and friendly. So glad I picked Orland Ridge to make my home!!!

As one of the first residents of the Towns, I can say I am now pleased to be a part of such a beautiful community. With the new Leasing and Management Staff, things have drastically improved. Maintenance has always been great! However, I am happy the team as whole is cohesive and on par with providing a great overall resident experience. 😊

Absolutely love this property, I needed to find a new home ASAP, and the entire staff was so helpful! The leasing agents were very accommodating, friendly, and hospitable, and the two managers Birute and Lexi, made my transition so easy and smooth. Love love love the townhomes! They have their flaws like any other home, but I’ve never had such a great move in experience. I did my part, and they did theirs! I would give them 10 stars if I could

I have been living here for two years and I love it. I was probably one of the first people on my side in the townhouses I love my townhouse and everything about it not too far from the mall I love going to the gym very nice and clean. I really have any issues with my apartment and if I do the staff is very quick to respect I wish the properties will let you purchase. That's how much I love it. I plan on being here For a long time if
