Don’t come here. I’ve had 5 break downs in 2 different trucks at this company. And I’ve been there only 4 months. All the equipment is trash. Everyone in the office is liars and is on drugs. They screw new drivers over training them 10 days and throwing them in a truck. They lie about the lease purchase agreement you won’t make a dime there. All that YouTube, facebook videos is a scam stay away from the trash company. I doubt they be in business in the next 5 years

Great company..Family oriented company they do 70% tarping.I tarp/untarped every load I got that’s the only negative with this company, way too many tarp loads if you don’t tarp they paying drivers $100 to tell on you.

I asked my dispatcher to get me home a week ago because I have things I need to take care of. He told me not to worry about it and he’d get me home, which is the opposite of what he did. He put me on a load that would keep me out all weekend, so I drove home. I got a phone call telling me I have one hour and thirty minutes to bring the truck back to the terminal or they would call the police, mind you I live two hours away and it isn’t possible. I liked Boyd Brother’s in the beginning, but they way they treat their drivers is very unprofessional in my opinion.

Would not recommend Boyd Bros! They lie about the home time, driver managers don’t answer the phone, I reminded my driver manager that I wanted to go home for the weekend after being away from home for 20 days. Friday came and I was sent a load going to Illinois the complete opposite direction of Virginia then was told by the dm I needed to call early to get something going home.
