The office was clean and the person helping me was nice but my packages didn't get to where they were supposed to go. Two different packages sent on the same day to two different locations and neither of them got there. Two different delivery companies the common denominator- quest 7. Extremely disappointed and it cost me a lot. Avoid here go to the post office or UPS

I have been using this place for about a year and a half. In that time I have gotten to know a few of the employees and have witnessed their interactions with other customers. I have been consistently impressed with their level of attention, detail, and professionalism. Nick and Mason always go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with my visit.

The pros: The staff is respectful and knowledgeable about the shipping business.
The place is clean and organized
They are careful with your packages and assist with any challenges.

The cons: Its only one con for me and that would be the location. This place is 10 miles from my house. Not their fault but still a con for me. I make the drive for the great customer service a forgotten thing of the past.

I paid for tracking - USPS Tracking number not found in system. Had this happen one time before somebody enter number wrong .USPS must scan all tracking number when picked up at Quest 7. I Have contact quest7 & USPS find out why no tracking .Reputation is worth more than silver of gold.
