The only reason this cab company gets a star from me is because it's the only way I can leave my review..... SMH there's 7 reviews nd I definitely agree with six of them as a matter of fact I personally rode in a car with a black guy nd his friends that were doing drugs nd drinking while driving...hmmmmmmmm what's wrong with this picture? But wait that not the worst part. They actually stopped with me still in the car to do a drug sell.
I would never in my life call them for a cab service ever again. In fact I've deleted nd blocked their number. I hope to god that the owner does something about this before a customer get seriously hurt nd they fines themselves in a major lawsuit..... Forest city cab is amazing!!! I definitely would recommend them with no problem.

Terrible service First time I used the service. I called ahead three hours. And they were still three hours late. Lady on the phone was very rude as well. The second time they were an hour late and then I called and they never showed up. The taxi lady was rude. And the dispatcher was snotty and rude. Horrible experience and not worth your money. Use Jacks Taxi same rates and he's always on time.

This is possibly the worst can company every. I called & they were very rude on the phone but to the bigger problem. I asked how long it would be for a taxi since you know they're literally across the street from me & they said 1-2hrs. How? YOU'RE ACROSS THE STREET!!! I can see you!!!!

This is not a cab service. It is a courier service . It's lot better then Speedee delivery service on sandyhollow they don't even have a phone number for their company.

the drivers stink, the cars stink, I felt like the van was gonna fall apart on me, and the driver was blind as bat. no thank wont be calling them again
