The menu on website much different in store, location is kosher so they do not mix meat & diary. Which is fine but an indication of such on the menu is helpful to a meat lover who enjoys turkey bacon or turkey sausage. I orders a everything bagel with egg cheese & veggie bacon which is what they offered I said fine. Ordered a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese as well. Got back bagel flavorless. Food flavorless. They even asked would you like salt & pepper I said yes and I don’t think saying no would have made any difference in it being there. There was barely any cheese, the veggie bacon is literally like sliced deli meat just heated up so flavorless it is truly unbelievable. Even the cinnamon raisin bagel was flavorless like HOW. It is very conflicting with the comments people put because do you not have taste buds? It is not the first second or third time i have tried the chain & it is such a flop. Truly disappointing. $14 on two bagels & still starving.

Went for bagels 2 weeks in a row and they were pale both times. Not even a little brown. Inside was mushy, barely cooked. Veg cream cheese was only carrots and for over $7 for 4oz. Back to Town Bagel for me

I haven't been to @bagelboss since before covid. I decided to treat everyone to bagels. They are sooo good! I ordered a dozen. They had plenty of pumpernickel, multigrain everything and rye bagels which are my favorites. The nice man cut them for me, too! They have some of the best bagels on Long Island!

They also have a nice dining area to enjoy breakfast. They offer a lot of options, party platters and prepared foods if you are on the go. Plenty of parking depending upon the time of day you go.

The line at this store can sometimes be very long, and the food is on the pricey side. However, the customer service is very good. The bagels are great especially when they just came out of the oven and are still hot. I usually order an everything bagel. The cream cheese and lox spread is very tasty and so is the scallion cream cheese.

I paid $8 for a sesame bagel with cream cheese and bacon, only to discover that the bacon is “veggie”. The person helping me should have told me that it wouldn’t be real bacon. I’m 7 months pregnant and that’s all I wanted this morning.

Use to walk here from my grandparents house when I was a kid. Name has changed over 40 years but they still have the best bagels I've ever had. BUT THEY MAKE THE WORST EGG SANDWICHES!!!

This was my 1st time stopping at Bagel Boss in merrick since I was hungry and 5 guys was closed. I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich and it was the worst sandwich I've ever gotten, I don't know what they put in the sandwich but it was not bacon, it was a cardboard, weird smell looking thing that not even my dog wanted to eat, my dogs bacon treats smell tastier than whatever they put in the sandwich, the egg and cheese was part was flavorless (I asked for salt & ketchup and it had non) & there was barely any cheese, I had to throw it away and went to my favorite Deli & bought a sandwich there, McDonalds serves better breakfast sandwiches. I never thought someone could mess up something as simple as a BEC. I Will not waste my time nor money coming back here.
