Hello I am posting this anonymously as I am currently at long time renter here (8 plus years) and the cockroach infestation has gotten out of hand. The photos here was taken in common areas. The cockroaches are in the carpet on the stairwell and also you will see cockroaches on the wall in the hallway as well as ceilings. I have phoned the management several times and they always say they are going to take care of it but they all talk. I can’t even cook here because they roaches always end up in the food.

Had an interaction with a gentleman who was helping me with an apartment I was interested in. He was going to send me some additional pictures/videos since I’m out of state and wasn’t able to come in for a traditional tour, which was really helpful!

But then they just…stopped communication?

Never got the photos. Phones just go to voicemail and I leave messages with no response back and can’t get in touch.

It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Circa 2015-2017. Horrible management of apartments near madison and harlem. Roaches and flooding constant problems. Patty is a horrible landlord. They can't be reached in an emergency. I has to move my sisters out as boiling hot water was coming from the ceiling. SAVE YOURSELVES AND YOUR MONEY!!! Glad my sisters found a better apartment and landlords that knew what they were doing and cared for their buildings

I went to a showing and walked through the available apartments here and I loved it! The 1 bedroom was spacious and they put in new hardwood floors, painted and cleaned. I had so many questions because of the negative reviews online, but you have to see it yourself. I got a chance to talk to the other people on my floor before I chose to sign the lease and they told me they had lived there for 9 years and enjoyed their stay. Joanna, the leasing agent is a sweet heart. Patty, the office manager is professional, honest and helpful. I would recommend the building and the management company to anybody.

The worst management company i have ever lived with. Patty O’Conner is the rudest and most unprofessional lanowner and doesnt care for her tenants. I advise highly not to move here even though it is cheap rent the service is poor. Also their are roaches and bedbugs that crawl in the buildings and the hallways smell nasty! Toilets and sinks always clog and everything in the unit is based off of electric and burns money. I REPEAT I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!

I am a previous tenant and when I moved in I was told I was helping with a person lease, subletting from this other person. I would recommend to never deal with these people. I was coerced into a 7 month lease and when it came time to leave becuse my stepdaughter was moving in with me when I had live at the apartments on Circle Ave. I lived there for 6 months, Pat gave me a piss poor excuse that they don't do short leases WTF is a 7 month lease then! All said and done they chose to keep 786 of my deposit and Pat was rude and very unprofessional.
If you do consider, (get your head examined first) and when the time comes to leave them without them knowing sub lease, get your full deposit then let them deal with whoever is moved in. You have to ask yourself if the deposit is worth another peace of crap management to justify them stealing most of my deposit 786 to O & 129 to me.
Remember boys and girls it is not property management it is not so managed property. Especially when I was an idea tenant which was never late and yet stiffed. But hey Karma will get them for screwing over good tenants.

I am a present tenant and 2 mos ago I notified Elizabeth that the washers and dryers had been tampered with, someone tried to break in them with no avail, however since reporting this there hasn't been anything done to fix the broken machines, some of us are handicapped or do not have transportation to get to a laundromat and that can be expensive, O'management used to be on top of any and every repair, I bet if I start holdin rent back they'll be fixed immediately!!!!!! Got anotha comment umma make!!!!!!!!
