Wish I was able to give 0 stars , this location is extremely slow I showed up early due to me reading the reviews online saying people have waited hours to get loaded . Still nobody open the door said anything . I went up to the security gate to ask what's going on to see if he can call in still nothing . Place is terrible only two trucks no one person came out to me to say anything and I've arrived before the other guys .

Horrible place for loading, didn’t even get into a door until after 5 hours of waiting. Then waited one more hour to actually pull into the bay. Then the loader doesn’t seem to know where all of my product is. Don’t come here, do not recommend. Tell your dispatch to find you another load.

I don’t know why I’m bothering to write a review… After reading the past reviews none of the problems are being addressed! Scheduled appointment time was 3pm it is now past 7pm and I finally got a dock just to sit on the ramp while watching employees in my mirror run around playing? This place needs to get it together!

Place is terrible and slow. Everyone just sit around and let trucks pile up to get unloaded. Takes almost 3hrs to get through 2 trucks it's ridiculous

How do you like the line for check out? Let alone 5 + hours to get loaded… They load locals immediately ,while OTRs left unloaded for whole-f@@@@-day long… 😖 As far as loading process goes, they drop one pallet every 20(or so) minutes… EXTREMELY SLOW…🐢🐌🪱

One of the worst shippers in Chicago area. Typical wait time here is 5-7 hours. So, if you are picking up one of their loads in the middle of the week, be sure to ask the broker for a layover. Plus, rates for this shipper are cheap and tarping their product is unsafe.
