Had no trouble getting in touch with the company for delivery. They called to confirm a delivery day and day of I called to get a 2 hour window. The driver was even kind enough to call when he was on the way. The delivery truck was VERY clean and organized. The driver was very kind and respectful of property. Would recommend.

Broken Promise after Broken Promise. No Call to tell us you weren't coming. No call to reschedule. No lifegate truck. Lied to me when I asked why this was. Will not remedy the situation.

DO NOT USE WARD TRUCKING OR UBER FREIGHT LTL.... You will be sorely disappointed.

Delivery is a week late late. Called customer service each day including original delivery day to check status and time window. Each day I was told they had no clue it was supposed to be delivered that day but would put it on the next day's delivery roster but eventually just told me they lost it. Then I was told that they don't have to file a claim and get a replacement item from the shipper for 110 and to stop calling them. If you buy something and are having anything shipped to an Illinois address, ask the retailer to use anyone but Ward Trucking.

Over the road drivers avoid delivering loads to this company, they don’t care about delivering appointments or times and wasting drivers driving clock hours

If I could give a zero star, I would. Delivery was scheduled for 7/12. I took the day off, checked the “tracking info” on their website, it randomly bounces around with no rhyme or reason. No delivery driver at all showed up. At 10:23pm, after not hearing anything from them or being able to contact anyone, I get an email saying “delivery attempted”. How was a delivery attempted when the driver did not show up? Customer service is worthless, the only answer I am given is “it’s the nature of driving”. I guess the nature of customer service is to not reach out and update your customers about your business failing to meet deadlines and deliveries? Worth LTL experience I have ever experienced, I wish I could have picked the delivery company, WOULD HAVE CHOSE ANYONE ELSE BESIDES WARD.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. We are a distribution company and they are the only company we use for our deliveries! Any time we call with a question it’s always answered. We ask that they make an appointment with us as our receiving hours always change and they always remember! every. single. time. We also really like this company because of a specific driver! His name is Jack and he is the most helpful, respectful, and friendly person we’ve had the pleasure to encounter! We have actually had all of our suppliers switch all of our deliveries and have them be sent by this company.-mainly because we really trust and like Jack and ALWAYS receive outstanding service from him and Lindsey in customer service.
