I burned over an hour of time trying to look up the part I needed to open up my safe as it was out of batteries. Then, on a whim, I called Dobias and within ONE MINUTE of talking to the gentleman on the phone, I was given the necessary hack to open the safe. Better yet--it worked! For the record, if you want to feel cool like MacGyver, send power to a dead safe using 2 paperclips and a 9-volt battery. Dobias now has a new customer for life.
