Mom & Pop Drunk. Your valuable item could not be in worse hands. Mom loves watching Pop fail. They both get a laugh when you call upset looking for your valuable item. Avoid this company!!!

Every time I call, they are disrespectful. Today I called, saying I have an urgent delivery, and they got halfway through the order, and said they needed to call me back. An hour later, and no call. Thankfully I immediately called another courier. NEVER using them again. They are unprofessional, unreliable and clearly don't want to earn business.

DISGUSTING! The WORST customer Service! DO NOT USE THEM! I wasnt even able to place an order with them and the manager said "i'm sorry i dont have time to deal with this we are very busy" and hung up the phone. AND HE WAS A MANAGER!!! Never again! They are rude and inconsiderate and im so glad i didnt give them my money! DISGUSTING people!

i called in to get a flat rate quote, and the guy on the phone sayd he couldn't get me one because it varies. so I said ok can you give me a flat rate for the city of Chicago, so the guy says 15-20 dollars. so I said ok how about the suburb areas? how much would it cost for that?. the guy I guess had a bad morning just wasn't friendly at all. when I told him that I will talk it over with my boss to see what he thinks he says "yea whatever bye" .....that was really rude and not customer service like. I would not use this company at all.

Horrible customer service! Just the way the person who answers the phone for your office deliveries was enough for me to make the decision to no longer use this courier service for our business. Rude, bad attitude, unprofessional, and just a horrible person to do business with. Went on to use COMET messenger service and they are a pleasure to work with!!
