I got my rings resized at Stonebergers. They were wonderful! I brought them in Saturday, and they were ready on Tuesday. When I picked them up, they were still too big, which was entirely my fault. They sized them to the size I requested, but I misjudged the size I would need. I brought them back on Thursday to be sized down again, and they were ready Friday afternoon! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and quick. Not to mention, my vintage rings are so shiny now!

I would definitely recommend working with Stoneberger for your jewelry needs.

Olney is so fortunate to have such a quality jewelry store with wonderful, thoughtful employees. Bob was so down to earth and has great knowledge of his craft. I appreciate the hospitality and great customer serice when I visit. I had a pair of earrings reset, and they completely outdid my expectations!!! They did an amazing job, and I had my earrings back in no time!!!

I took my grandmothers ring in after noticing a diamond had fallen off at work. It is an old cluster ring. Bob fixed all the prongs and had to look through many diamonds to find the right one to fit. He did an amazing job. I also took my great grandmother's ring to him after the band snapped open randomly while wearing it. Now you can't tell that there ever was a break in it. I am very pleased and definitely trust him with my precious jewelry that has been passed down to me.

The first precious jewelry ever given to me was my engagement/wedding band from Stonebergers. I absolutely love it, but the prong snapped and I lost my diamond somewhere between my mom's chemo appointment and home. I took my band in as soon as they opened and was promised that it would be fixed. This is just one of the many times they've been so good to our family and taken care of us. We've bought several rings, necklaces, earrings and all my wedding jewelry from them; at this point I don't think I'll ever be comfortable buying my jewelry from anyone else!

I took a ring to them to have them replace the stone and it only lasted about a year before the stone that they put in fell out. . I called them and he said I could bring it by and he would take a look at it. I live way too far away to drive there to bring it by so I'll just say, I don't recommend having any kind of custom work because the stone was not secured into the ring it was just glued in.

If you are going to spend money on jewelry, do yourself a favor and purchase the jewelry from a store that has an in-house Jeweler. Soneberger Jewelry has a very skilled and knowledgeable Jeweler. I have also found the customer service to be outstanding.

I have to wear a medical alert bracelet because of a health problem. Mine broke yesterday so I took it to Stoneberger’s this to have it repaired. I thought I would have to leave it and wait a couple of days to get it back. The gentleman there fixed it while I waited. I highly recommend Stoneberger’s to anyone.
