Absolutely the worst DC Wal-Mart. I arrived 1 hour before my appointment. I was given the door almost immediately. It's now almost 2 hours after my appointment, and they haven't even started unloading the trailer. Fresh chicken in the trailer, as they say about food safety in this DC.

Get here an hour before appointment! Took under two hours to unload! Quick for dry freight not sure how long for reefer! Also a loves and mom n pop truck stop down road!

People who are rating this DC anything above 2 stars has obviously not been to every other Walmart DC across the country. This DC is a joke. The whole park and then take your paperwork inside creates a mess of trucks trying to park and people walking back and forth while everyone is trying to maneuver. A complete cluster you know what. Every other Walmart gives you your door number at the gate so you go straight to your door then take the paperwork in. Here they have you park in a staging area where there are no spots open and where they have 100 trailers filling up the spots. Then walk into the office. So park walk into the office for 2 minutes, then try to maneuver around all the parking trucks and people walking just to get to your door. Dolly down, disconnect, pull forward, then call forever to let them know you're in a door because everyone is trying to call in at the same time.

Wayyyyyy too many steps to their receiving procedures. My first encounter where the guard shack hasn’t given me a door, where there time stamp you at the check in office, to have you wait for a door. To then chock dolly and pull away to then call to tell them that you have done that. They are over working the normal Walmart DC process door check in wait connect then get paperwork and leave. I encourage this Walmart to take the play book of the Wyoming DC off of I-80, that DC knows what’s their doing and they’re very efficient.

If it’s your first time here the guard shack will show you on a map where to drop loaded trailers and to pickup empty trailers.

I was grateful to this DC. Its trucking, so lots of times things go sideways, or we get behind -as was my situation. I called ahead of time explaining my hours were low. I was able to get in and proceed to zone D: aka a bullpen type staging lot. I waited a few and then did my appointment as scheduled. This was an unusual scenario, but maybe the wee hours made it easier. A special thanks to shaundy in Recieving. I will add everybody was professional and courteous at this location towards me.

Great place to deliver staff was more than helpful and exceeded my expectations. One of our truck broke down on site but they made sure to help us deliver the load with there yard dock truck. They deserve 100 ⭐️
