Mark (GM) and his team did a wonderful job helping their customers! I wish we could’ve stayed but the way the economy is, we needed to clear up some debts. Unfortunately, this was one of the debts to clear.. In conclusion, the Allen road location is by far the best storage I’ve ever had! We’ll definitely come back for more business sooner than later! Thank you!

Sunday afternoon. 12/22/24. I've never been treated with such disrespect. The guy that refilled my propane tank was an absolute asshole. Won't ever go back

The truck was super duper loud and squealed when accelerating. They also did not accurately account for the necessary milage needed for the trip, resulting in paying $40 more than quoted.

The counter staff were friendly and helpful as well, and the pod I needed to unload was ready as requested.

Great experience here! It's been over 1 1/2 years since I went here, but I have been meaning to leave a review. The manager personally served us and was amazing. He rented us the truck, we loaded it, then went back the next day to get our car hooked up to the tow hauler. The staff was very gracious and helped us every step of the way.

Counter people are stoned. Smells like weed. I told the guy I needed the trailer till Friday NIGHT, but was in the area and picked it up thursday noonish. He charged 1 day and made my return time noon Friday so I thought it was only a 1 day rental. They called me looking for the trailer at 1:30. Charged me an additional day but wanted it back by 6:30 that day. I hate dealing with stoners. They don't communicate or pay attention. Getting so common everywhere. Get high after work please.
