Very nice new workers. Someone caused a scene and they handled it well and seemed very caring, I also left something there and came back about an hour later and they had it and gave it to me they kept it in their office, thanks cbi!

Our new favorite store when passing through Illinois! On our way out west, we stayed at The Original Springs Hotel in Okawville and found CBI next door just before closing time. Their staff are friendly, their meat is AMAZINGLY yum, and they sell local homegrown tomatoes that were so good, when we were driving back home we made sure to stop in again.

Mike is one of the best Butchers around, all fresh cuts of meat and homemade bratwurst, green pepper and onion, taco, halepeno and cheddar, they are the best around call ahead and order some if you like killer brats and fresh cuts.

The store is family ran. Very good people. Mike Christ the owner will have you laughing when leaving his store. And oh my gosh the homemade sausage and brats, oh I cannot tell you with words how amazing they are. They have a deli which serves the beat fried chicken and tater logs. If you're looking for lunch everyday they offer a new platter and sandwiches.

This grocery store sucks. The food is overpriced. The meat always looks bad. The service is ok but not terribly helpful. the selection is bare. not worth the time or money. I would rather travel 15min away to Nashville than shop at CBI!!!

The place is convenient and has great food. But we had ANOTHER terrible experience. The cashier yet again threw our stuff in the bag not caring and then tossed the bag to us to pick up. This isnt the first time and we gave them a second chance 2 different people and its over for me. I dont wanna go back if thats the way im going to be treated evertime im there.
