Brought my 95 f250 in to have the canter adjusted because of tire wear on the side. Got it home and took it off to make sure they did it because they kept acting weird. Wasn't even touched. Took the ball joint out and adjusted the canter sleeve myself.
Then I bring my navigator in to have the valve stems replaced. The next day with a front flat. They tell me it was bad o ring. Said they'd swap em out. Called me later saying they refuse to swap it and I must buy there valve stem with no electronic pressure sensor. So I did. The next day another goes flat. I literally tightened them up and only one has a slow leak. I'm just gonna replace the o ring I guess. And when they took my old valve stem out they took plumber plyers to it so I couldn't even get a refund from the original place I bought them. The day before I even put it in they had a guy in there that was livid with them. My brothers been screwed by them. I just don't understand it. And they will laugh at you right in your face.

Last Monday we called Salem tire to make an appointment.Our van had a leak in the back tire. We asked to buy 2 NEW TIRES TO BE PUT ON THE FRONT. And have the front tires moved to the rear. Friday I got a flat on the FROMT drivers side!? THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW. So I went back to Salem Tire to show the NEW TIRE ISSUE. The guy says that’s not a new tire? Ok did your guys install them wrong? He took it in the shop a while later he comes out with a piece of metal that they got out of the flat. Tells me they fixed it for FREE THIS TIME BUT NOT THE NEXT TIME?
Excuse me, I paid cash for new tires to be put on the front and have the old front tires moved to the back! Now I have NEW TIRES ON THE BACK AND A BLOWOUT WAITING TO HAPPEN ON THE FRONT…. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW MY REQUEST AND I WAS INSULATED BY A VERY ARROGANT EMPLOYEE… tall dark hair beard…
YOU DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO BE TOLD YOUR JUST TRYING TO GET A FREE TIRE! What a poor experience…..
I expected a reliable service. I went back to show the issue.

The best tire shop I’ve ever been to - bottom line! I’m from out of town and needed 2 new steer tires for my truck! Everybody that works there from the mechanics to the front desk are very professional and know what they’re doing! They got me in right away - and gave me a really good deal ! Such caring people is hard to find these days !!!!! If I’m ever in need of new tires and I’m in the area, I will definitely come back again and I recommend you too! Thanks you guys!!!

Terrible workmanship. We took my car there over the summer to have my brakes looked at, and they ended up replacing my back brake pad and rotors. However, when we took my car to another mechanic later on to have something else looked at - we realized they put the wrong tire key back in my car. Now, over winter we had to take it there to have my left wheel bearing replaced, and they quoted us $500 whereas other places were $350. It desperately needed replaced, though, so we had to let them do it asap. I started noticing weird things going on with my car immediately after they replaced the bearing, like it shaking when I braked and after I reached a certain speed. I brought it to my trusted mechanic to figure out what was wrong, and turns out Salem Tire put the wheel bearing on WRONG. No matter what, do NOT trust this business with your car. They have messed up twice now, and each time resulted in us having to pay for their mistake. I'm not sure why they have such good reviews, because my experience has been nothing but terrible. They might be able to get you in quick, but that's because no one in their right mind would choose to have their car worked on here.

Driving for the holiday and we were having tire issues. Called around on our drive and no one could get us in asap or weren’t open. I called this place and they said they could get us right in so we headed over. They got us in and out super fast and were super nice. Thankfully it ended up being a simple issue! We travel through a lot so if we ever need to use them again we definitely will!
