Just to let u knw they have a lab in the warehouse, when they take a pallet off your trailer it goes through the lab before they'll come back after 2hrs to get another pallet .But atleast they'll take u in 2 hrs after ur appointment time ,hence the 3 stars. 04/07/25

We have all read reviews and said to our self that can't be true. THEY ARE TRUE!! Had a 15:00 appointment arrived 14:00 departed at 01:00 the next morning just back in a door and go to sleep and I hope you weren't to exited about your next load because you are going to miss it!!!!

Drivers it takes very long hours to unload, main took almost 24 hrs to finish unloading, see your paper work if it says 10 hrs unloading your unloading time could be over 20 hrs, but some drivers were sooner than me, but over 20 hrs is beyond ridiculous. By the way the employee said some times it even takes 34 hrs unbelievable.

Excellent experience. 2200 appointment check in 2140 get in to door immediately and 2340 I had my paper in hand.Done. So don't believe that much the negative reviews all trucks next to me were finished on time too. Overnight parking is also available on the street but you need to park facing west on the side of the warehouse. Good luck.

If your bringing cosmetics in here you better prepare for at least 24 hours unload. They are very nice people here. I seen nothing but idiot big box trucking companies here. To all you non english speaking people show some respect and have patience.

If you ever have to deliver here be prepared to stay a minute. I had an appointment at 10:30 am on 8/30/22 and its only 15k lbs and it’s currently 2;00 pm here in Mt Vernon Illinois and still not done unloading. Plus side is they do have bathrooms and vending machines for us drivers to use. There is plenty of room to maneuver they are short handed and it takes awhile to get unloaded

What a joke! My appt was 8am told me no, 8pm. see other reviews. It’s a pattern here. Total disregard for a truck drivers livelihood. Ruins their miles for the day, having to cancel the next load & find another.

They will be the next store to go bankrupt!

14 hours to get unloaded and my trailer wasn’t even full. Why can’t they break down the pallets and count after they are removed from the trailer? (Like every other warehouse) Also there’s no reception. Drivers stay away!
