Jay, Chris, and Nick helped my mom move last week. They loaded the truck expertly and with great care in Mt. Vernon, drove to Salem and unloaded easily. They worked efficiently and communicated often. They wanted to make sure she was satisfied with where all the furniture was placed and didn't hesitate to adjust anything. They made her move so easy that it was almost enjoyable! I would recommend them to anyone.

I will NEVER use Harlow Moving again! They damaged several of my expensive dressers and armoire, my stationary bike, the workers stoled numerous items like my new snow shovel, rake, blanket, computer monitor, etc. They are unprofessional and thieves! I have requested their insurance cover all and they are not taking care of it and handling the claim so I am reporting all and contacting a lawyer to sue and the regulators! Here are a couple of the items they damaged! Do not use them!

Jay Tate's Harlow Moving Company & Storage is the best moving company we have ever used. My whole family has used Jays moving company. They are so professional and go above and beyond to help. They come when they say they will be there and usually early. They treat your stuff like its there own and move it with care. We will always use Jay Tates Harlow Moving no matter were we live. Are movers today were Chris H., Chalin B., & Colter P. they were excellent. They took great care of our stuff, worked efficiently, fast, while being so professional & friendly. They made it an enjoyable move! This is the only moving company I would use.

Jay and his crew arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment. There were 6 wonderful young men. I expected 2. It took them an hour and a half to combine everything and get it on the truck.
I was amazed at how well they worked together. No slackers.

Where to begin with this move...before I dive in let me just say that this was the best move I have ever had in my life...and I have moved over 15 times in my life. During most of my moves I have had things damaged or gone missing...but not with this move. Zero damage. Zero missing items.

The team packing, loading, unloading, and setting up our new house from point-A to point-B was phenomenal. They were beyond professional. Their communication was transparent the whole time. They were very fast and efficient - all while maintaining the integrity of my belongings.

I will ALWAYS suggest Harlow Moving and Storage for ALL of my packing, storing and moving needs. Thank you to everyone at Harlow Moving and Storage. You are the best-of-the-best and the epitome of what "right" looks like.
