If there was an option to give no stars I would have done that. Our school district purchased a football scoreboard from Nevco in 2015. Last year the scoreboard began having issues and we could not change the names on the name plates above the score. I called them this summer to get the issues resolved and they sent us numerous pieces to replace all of which never took care of the problem. Keep in mind that we had to have a local community member come out to assist us with their bucket truck to reach these pieces four different times. I even called them to get the dimensions of the name plates on the scoreboard to cover them with decals and was given incorrect dimensions. Nevco's customer service is terrible and as long as I am working at this school district we will never purchase anything else from Nevco.
