Came here to pick up a Uhaul today and it was listed as being open from 9-12 (Saturday). Waited around for 1.5hrs and still no one showed up even though the window says open from 9-12 and today was not the second Saturday it was the 3rd Saturday. The office was empty and no one was there. See attached photos.

I have rented a climate controlled unit with Superior Self Storage since 2004. Every time I have opened it, everything is in the same condition as I left it. No water, no mold, no funky odors. The facility is top notch! It's clean, well lit, secure, and you can rent moving equipment right there! James has always been quick to respond to any calls or emails from me. He is helpful, kind, and takes excellent care of his customers! I challenge anyone to find another place to store their belongings that gives as much value as Superior. It's the only place I trust for storage.

Got stuff out on 6 still got charge $100 for this month and. Not using it. -20 what a rip off i think if take out then not pay have to pay full month

I've rented a few storage units over the years from Superior with no issues. Clean units, reasonable pricing, and great customer service. Will continue using them whenever I have a need for storage.

Very disappointed. 1st time renting a storage unit. Needed a temporary storage unit to transition on our move from selling our house, just for a month. Very bad experience that might be a unique case. The units we were on got flooded. We lost quite a few things from water damage, anywhere from mattress to pictures and miscellaneous things. If we wouldn't have gone to get something the next day, we would have never known and no one let us know. we were able to save a lot. Just feel sorry for the neighbor units that after a week were smelling pretty bad, prob if they haven't been there still don't know of the damage. Been first time users had no idea we needed insurance and was never offered or made aware. No help was offered from owners except a couple free boxes when we went to purchase them to replace the ones we lost. To add to the damage a late fee for not checking out, even though we got out a day before I believe that might be my fault since I thought it was just leaving the unit. So first time storage users be aware you might be storing some valuable items or memories and be gone with the rain. Just added an extra headache to the stress of moving.

I really hope this was a unique instance, but if you know anyone that uses this location might want to let them know to go check constantly.

I have two storage units at Superior and have rented 2 Uhaul trucks from them over the years. Their storage prices are dirt cheap, sometimes I wonder how they can stay in business. Not only are the prices low, the quality of the units is really high. It's very clean, well lit, and there is always a cart nearby if I need to haul something heavy. The climate controlled units are very nice as well. The multi-floor building also has an elevator that is easy to use.

Security at the facility is a key pad operated front gate along with another key pad to get into the indoor units. Management is very courteous has always returned my phone calls promptly. James and his family are the best in the business when it comes to customer service. The hours are very convenient and 24-hour access to storage is available.

The Uhaul rates are the best in the area and they always have the equipment I'm looking for. I've rented a 17' truck, a 12' truck, and a motorcycle trailer and all have been top notch. I have recommended both family and friends to use Superior and all have been very satisfied with the service provided!

I rented from James at Suerior for over 1 year and it was excellent. The facility was always clean and well lit, and I was able to access my unit at any time that I needed to. The location was convenient with it being right off the highway (90). Also if there were any issues the staff was very quick to respond to anything I needed. I would definitely rent from them again if I needed storage again.

I have used Superior Self Storage for numerous years and am yet to have an issue. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and will do what they can to suit your personal needs. I have never had problems with billing, the facility can only be entered via a code, and there are plenty of high-tech cameras to make sure you feel your property will be watched over 24/7. James (the main guy at the front desk) is particularly helpful and will answer any and all questions you have. Recommended.
