My sink has been clogged for 2 weeks. You've told me multiple times you were going to fix it and haven't done it. Maybe this will get your attention. You'd think with all your price increases we'd be able to get some service, but it's been the opposite.

Called 4 times 5th got throw and I have some questions about some of there outer units was told that I would need to speak to property manager, which I asked for a return call and I’m still waiting seven days later. Finally found a space right up the street Industrial part of Crystal Lake. After I told the customer service representative that this With no response, she seem kind of feisty and kind of passive so I just left it alone.

Beware renting here. They require you pay for their 3rd party insurance and will switch you without approval or consent. If you provide them your insurance after, they do not issue any credits & force you to pay for their insurance. I was even lied to about calling in after for credits. Bad business & Maria is a rude Virtual Manager, stated she is the top and didn't have a supervisor, then magically did. Go figure. I left 3 voicemails with no call back, only to be told I'm a liar. I hope my belongings stay safe now. :/

Remember this place was always well managed. New management seems like horrible management.

Mouse poo, stink bugs all got inside my unit :(😢🤬water started dripping from top into my unit I regret getting a 24 hour rental loo % out door unit.

Once the location sold, the prices went up. We moved out a month after. It was always difficult to get ahold of a person. Our entrance code changed twice. They went electronically through email and auto payments. Was hard for my grandma to do much. Was time to go, we needed something easier and less stressful for grandma.

absolutely awful experience, moved out before the first of the month and moved out of state, was not informed i needed to leave the lock (they provided) off aswell as take pictures in the empty unit, no where was i ever told this until i was already out of state over 12 hours later, proceeded to drive 5 hours back to the unit the following day and they had already changed the gate passcode so i couldn’t provide the lock or pictures even though i tried, they are still trying to charge me living in the unit
