The tunnel is very narrow and your "smart" driver is putting other drivers at risk. I would appreciate it if you could have a preventive conversation with him.

This is a great company to drive for if you have some trucking experience. I’ve been driving for them for six months and I have nothing bad to say. Consistent miles, 24/7 support, no forced dispatch, newer trucks and trailers. First truck they gave me had only 105k miles. I put 80k miles on that truck and then they gave me a brand new 2024 Volvo VNL860. They pay you weekly via direct deposit, always on time and I’ve never been shorted. You have to stay out on the road for at least three weeks before getting home time. I usually stay out 4-6 weeks so I never have problems with home time requests. Trucks are a bit slow (governed at 68 mph) but I understand it’s for insurance purposes. If you do your job right they do not micromanage you.

The best job I’ve ever had, gave me a brand new 2024 Volvo, miles are real good as long if you work… dispatchers are so good that they give you the miles if they see you are hard working and the money OMG I am rich off this company but I love everyone from the shop to in house… Altynai is straight forward and doesn’t take no bs but she is sweet

But don't be naive and don't believe in the beauty of these girls, they will firmly keep your butts in constant tone, but everything will always be clear, constructive, honest and fair!!!

In general, the whole team is very well-coordinated, which I haven't met outside of Ukraine for a long time!!!

Without exaggeration, all departments: management, tractor repair shop, trailer repair shop, accounting, road service, IT department, HR, safety, equipment supply department, wherever you ask for help, be sure that EVERYONE will help you immediately. Imagine a job where EVERYONE cares about your request!!!!! Where everyone cares about what worries you and helps to solve the problem as if it were their own!!!

I want you to feel what I'm talking about - In six months of work, I've been to the office 3 times, but everyone knows me by name, despite the fact that there are more than 600 drivers.
It's like a small, huge FAMILY, not just a company. Boris - brother (that's what he calls me), Pavel, these are people who help you despite their extreme busyness and whom I'm glad to see and run to say hello to, even when I just came to pick up a trailer at the yard.

No, don't even think that this is somehow an encouraged comment. I saw the owner of the company once and we just said hello, not knowing each other. Not long ago, I was very angry and was ready to quit! There will always be morons who spoil even the best product. But now I bet that the logistics department is the weakest and most vulnerable part of EVERY transport company!
This company is lucky that manager Anton knows how to negotiate and find you the best dispatcher.
If you can do like me - work hard, drive safely, be on time, improve your English, then you will want to stay in this company and like me eventually become an owner operator!!!!
