Warning: R&K Logistics not paying for the loads, carriers delivered for them for more that 3 months, with absolutely no phone or email communications. If you're considering work with R&K, be cautious- getting your money out may not be as easy as they claim.

RON - worst broker in the history

Load was 1800$ (IL-TX/1400 miles) and was delivered on time, clean BOLs everything was fine.

Broker Ron called me few days after that, telling me that we delivered load on wrong location, per BOL was EL Paso TX. He literally beg to split a cost of the mistake, on 650$ each side which was unacceptable from our side, because we signed Laredo TX rc, we delivered there, they took a load and few days after you telling us that we should check BOL? (in 50% of all loads, BOL address is not good, we are going strict to the rate confirmation addresses.)

After that when i was asking for his supervisor name, he refuses to give that to us.

Horrible service. Please use if you want to lose a customer!!
Delivers a week after he's scheduled to and lies about completing the delivery. Everything is not his fault though.
Also calls freight cheap like someone was forcing him to take a shipment. Altogether unpleasant to work with.
