Worst company ever. I highly recommend that you not use this company or accept delivery from them. I had a shower door delivered that they wouldn't even place on my property because the driver was too lazy. In fact we held up traffic as the driver argued with me as to where he was going to leave the door. He had it on a dolly and wouldn't move it 2 feet to get on our property. He stood there and watched me struggle to get it off the road. I had to hire two college students to move the door for us from where he dumped it. Thank goodness I was home as the garbage man came by and almost took it as he just dumped it on the side of the road. Absolutely deplorable. I called and spoke with the manager and his comment was we are paid to just get the shipment "off the truck"......I asked if it was common practice to just dump shipments anywhere....he couldn't answer this.
I am a business owner and truly believe that customer satisfaction is important. This company has no customer service and I would not recommend using them if you want your orders to get to your residence. If I could give them 0 stars I would

Called to confirm initial delivery location only to tell me they couldn't due to being on a dead end road. Then I gave then 2 more options one near a large culdisac and they could. Then they tell me it's in their policy they can't unload a 60 to 70 lbs evaporator coil inside a 20x20x30 box. Now they want me to waste 2 hours to drive and pick up item . Something they are paid to deliver. I will never use this company. I lift these things all day long and they are just being lazy requiring a lift gate to unload.
