Wonderful place! We accidentally left our unit open and withing 10 minutes of my husband returning home we received a call letting us know, and that they placed a lock on it for us, so we didn't have to rush right back out!

After finding the correct building, the process went smoothly. There appears to get three Public Storage units in the same area. Initially we went to the wrong one and after being on the phone with office personnel I decided to go to s storage facility up the road. That's when we realized Walther was more than one. Upon arriving at the correct location things went very smoothly. The price is right. The only downside is there is no one onsite to assist with any issues. They provide a phone number to call should problems arise. For the price it's worth making a phone call if needed.

Out side lites don’t work. And the holes in the roads. I have called about for a year. And so have other people the holes are a foot deep they all need re graded

The units are spacious and priced reasonable. The only drawback is the units are not fenced in. But they do have cameras.

Storage unit was used for around a year and half. Easy to get the unit and just as easy to cancel when use was no longer needed.

What started off as a pleasant experience has turned into a nightmare. First, the rates change it seems every 2-3 months, then they changed processing partners for the auto pay, sent out an email around the same time you get your invoice, so I'm assuming like me, most people didn't see that email and assumed all was good. Turns out, they cancelled the auto pay for every account with the new processor. Once I figured it out, I had a late fee attached to my account. I promptly paid when I noticed the issue and setup autopay on the account again.....or so I thought. I got dinged again for another late fee and paid as soon as I noticed it. That was last week on the 17th, yesterday I went to the unit to retrieve some items and found that, they put a second lock on my unit, and according to the lady who called me back it was due to non-payment. I paid the unit as soon as I saw that it didn't come out of my account. I was 17 days late! Not 30, not 45, not 60, I was 17 days late and they locked me out of my unit. Buyer beware, this place has become somewhat of a living nightmare. Driving through the lot yesterday, I can only assume at least 15-20 others have had the same issue I have as I saw the red locks on several units. Several units were also being cleaned out, I'm guessing to the lack of "management" skills this place has. As soon as I'm able to secure a new facility, I'm moving my stuff.

Excellent service and super nice managers.
Access is safe and secure even after hours. Even Sheriff is often around and cameras keep your piece of mind.

The Pest Control here has gotten pretty negligent. the amount of spiders and their webs in my unit and on mu unit door is ridiculous. I never had this problem until recently. Not to mention I've noticed evidence of mice getting into my unit as well and believe me with the recent increase on the charge for the insurance now, I will definitely be checking over my stuff and if there's any damage there will be a claim. The fact that the insurance is now almost half of my monthly unit rent is absolutely insane
