Warrens has been great. My car was towed there after an accident and he was very understanding and patient with me. He walked me through what I needed from my insurance/police. I had an issue with the salvage yard that picked up my car and he was more than happy to help me with whatever I needed from him. Overall great customer service!

I've taken three different vehicles here over the years and every time Robert tells me that my cars need all these repairs, (he's told me this on all three of my cars and many of the repairs turn out to be unnecessary for the functioning of the vehicle) when that's not the case at all. He says he can't fix the problem I brought the car in for without fixing every other problem, which is ridiculous. The last car I brought in needed a simple tune up and brake job but he told me it would take three or four days and would be very expensive. I ended up going to another mechanic who got it done and for a reasonable price. I read another review where the person said that Robert only fixes what is necessary but in my opinion that's gotta be a fake review because that's never been my experience. If it's not a $20,000 car, they consider it junk. Will not be going here again.

Update: The mechanic tried calling a family member to tell them I left a bad review on this business as retaliation for my review but I won't be bullied into not leaving a factual review.

I really cannot believe that just because May Marquardt cannot afford to fix her car, she takes it out on Robert. I don't think her position was fair in the review, because she did not even give Robert a chance to make up for anything before she posted the review. Robert has always treated me like family, and when he fixes my auto, he really fixes it so I am not keep going back. He does not do more than necessary to fix my car. Therefore, I give Robert & the whole staff at Warren's Automotive a true 5-star rating, and recommend him to all my friends and family. And by the way I am not related to May in any way.

Great advice. Went in for transmission problem my 2017 Pacifica was experiencing. He asked if I intended to keep the car for while or might be getting a new car anytime soon. Advised that it might be too costly for and should think about a possible trade in. I ended up trading the Pacifica per his advice and got a new car. I know he missed out on a job. He didn’t scam me. Predicated the honesty.

I will say the history of warrens truly stands to its name. Warrens has been my go to mechanic for the passed 2 years, he has replaced my brakes, rotors, all my suspension, fixed my tires, and my whole catalytic convertor and exhaust system at great pricing and outstanding work. Him and his crew of mechanics are truly a blessing to the oak forest community and to whoever else brings there car here. I have brought my fiances car here for repairs also and when people ask for a mechanic I recommend him. He just did all the suspension on my car and man it feels like a 2023 car and it's 2013 sentra!! This shop is awesome I highly recommend coming here!
