This guy has no business doing freight services. I paid him to ship my car to Nigeria in a container with my children’s newly bought computers and other personal effects, but the two computers disappeared with no trace and he’s not prepared to negotiate refunds for them! Also, he loaded my car with other peoples personal items without my consent and messed up the car interior. And when asked about the whereabouts of the computers, all he could say is “items loaded into shipped cars are not safe and secured”. This was against his initial pledge that I’m free to load my car with items that I intend to send to Nigeria and that they are safe - inasmuch as I will agree to ship it via container rather than RORO.
My greatest dismay was his response to all these. He wasn’t professional with his expressions that were vulgar, confrontational and disrespectful.
I greatly suggest that people should look elsewhere whenever they are prepared to initiate freight business.
