Non payment - We recently worked with Justin and his company on a delivery, and everything initially seemed smooth. However, after arriving at the delivery location, the paperwork was lost by the receiver, and we were assured by Justin that a new BOL (Bill of Lading) would be provided, and he stated via email it was fine for us to leave the location. Our driver was unloading from 7 AM to 5 PM, losing the entire day due to this issue, with the promise of being paid detention for the delay.

Unfortunately, once the load was delivered, all communication stopped. Despite reaching out to Justin, the CEO, VP, and others in the organization through email, we have received no response. Without a BOL, we cannot process payment for the load, and to date, the detention payment for our driver has also not been received.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would caution others when working with this company. The lack of communication and failure to resolve issues professionally has been a significant concern for us.

I booked load with guy called JAYSON from this office, I was waiting for RC around 15minutes, then I called him again, he placed me on hold for another 10minutes and then told me he gave it to another carrier.

JUST LIKE THAT!

Do not book anything with this guy!
