Arrived at 9am and now 7pm. Still at door #7. They said the product is not ready. Just messed up location. It's very hard to find truck parking around this area otherwise I would have gone a long time ago. No restrooms for drivers. But it's ok to hold drivers for 10+ hours . But office workers are very polite. Now 9pm they messed something up and unloaded the trailer. Just don't come

Third time coming here , and probably I will cancel load again and go , because I will lose all others schedule what I have.

Terrible with appointment, every time they make app and load is not even ready, 2h after app time they not even finish packing 1 order , and total is 4 what I picking up.
Every time same story with them …
Very hard to park on dock , across the dock they renting parking place to some other carriers , if you have lucky that space across you dock is empty you are so lucky.
A lot of truck waiting on street , is totally mess here for parking.

If you are local drivers , and have other app in that day this is not place for you for pick up , trust me.
Like i say , this is my third time I give the chance to come here and never again.
