Driver was at location to pickup load, on time. Load canceled, they refused to pay TONU! This right here is bad for business and will be noted. I will keep info and let other know as well as factoring companies.

This company will be hearing from my lawyer. This driver was driving so fast going on broad street 5/30 when I pulled out the car wash he decided to change lanes into the lane I was pulling onto. The drive then drove up so close to my car my kids started screaming. I slowed down he then got on side of me crossing over into my lane causing me to drive on the sidewalk. I tried changing lanes again he swerved into my lane again he did it three times. Once we got to the red light he rolled his window down and started calling me the N word. I have videos from my car also one of the stations caught everything on video. I gave them 24hrs to respond back to my email I haven’t heard anything.

Drivers drive like idiots guy was on his phone almost ran me off the road. I honked at him to get his attention, get him back in his lane, he thought the correct thing to do is to hit his airhorn, and then instantly start recording me with the phone that he was playing on the cause him to do This to begin with what a professional company. Tried calling the company no voicemail. No one answer the phone. Nothing. Reported to DOT. This is not how you driver should be driving on the road

I Honestly have no idea how this company is making a profit. Communication is nonexistent. Driver managers have no clue about anything. Can't explain bonus pay, untruthful about loads, non responsive. In training they say call your driver manager with any issues. They forgot to tell us that the managers never pick up the phone! Good place for owner operators to make money. Terrible for company drivers. Equipment is in terrible condition! If you value support, organization, and communication, then this definitely isn't the place for you.

They do not care about the driver, carrier, or communication. They will try to take the drivers money. Be careful. Keep your emails, and do not trust when they say no appointment for pick up or delivery. They tried to take 200 for a supposed missed pick up appt. Then they had my driver hold the load for 2 extra days without layover compensation.

Nothing really has changed, However lastest non sense is vertical alliance trainings. They get issued out the 1st of every month and the very next day they are hounding you about getting them done. If not they threaten to lock you out from dispatch. To bad they don't have that same energy about your pay, pto, maintenance, etc.

Ever since we got bought out by this company it has been an absolute disaster. It seems like we're here just to help finance this company's debt, help with their maintenance problems and also use ELD systems that feel like they're unpaid subscriptions after the 2 week free trail expires. Communications is at an all time low and paylocity is an absolute mess to use.

My opinion of this company has not changed. Carry Transit needs to get some cash together and buy themselves out.
