This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with after a couple of months of having our cameras. One of them stopped working reported it. They had to wait until the manufacturer approved the return on something that isn’t working. It took forever for them to get this done once I get it back in the mail the camera I get is not working again. Every time I call customer service it’s we’ve gotta get an approval from the manufacture. You sell a darn product I have a contract with you not your manufacturer. I expect that if my camera goes down that I would have one at least in the next three days if not overnight so that I can get them back on my vehicle cause we’re talking about vehicle thingright now we’re about to cancel our contract and you can sue us if you want to

Terrible customer service. Some customer service woman tried to speak English with a clear Russian accent. She was absolutely not helpful or knew anything about how to fix fundamental issues. I wasted so much time with such a rude person for nothing. I wouldn't recommend it even if it were a free service.

Unprofessional. A lot of promises that were not followed through on. Kept spinning me in circles when I needed to get footage from camera from an incident and never did get it. I would not waste my time with this company. In the beginning did everything to sell the product without letting you know about a data limit! Just wanted to sell product and poor in customer service.

I am not using their services anymore.but they keep changing my card every month it is happening about 7 months.tried calling them 100000 times but they don’t answer.please stop charging my card.
