Honestly DO NOT recommend working for this company as a lease operator, I was with this company for 7 months and took very little time off, my net take home in this time was only $13,541 and have pretty much had to live off of the $175 a week cash advance. As a seasoned driver I’ve never felt so disrespected by a company. Fleet managers are constantly changing, home time is inconsistent, checks are the lowest in my entire career, and load/back haul rates are the worst I’ve in any company. My ic recruiter (Alex, Oklahoma terminal) made the it sound like dream company to work “high pay, Family oriented, great home time” and my 1st fleet manager (Phil, Wisconsin terminal) made it sound that much sweeter saying “2k a week is totally doable”. Only to find out the ic average weekly net is only $1,200. I could keep going the things Wong with company, but I digress. The IC program here is a SCAM! Don’t just walk, RUN to a different company.

If you are customer, please stay away. We worked with Steve Papin, he is so unprofessional and rude that he put my company owner almost in hospital. No patience, no respect just mumbling, demands and threats. Just avoid at all cost, there are many more professional agencies than this one.
