Consignee (kroger chesterfield) refused load because it was 15 minutes late due to line of trucks circling the property. Return trip to shipper Niagara (brokered by EDGE to Stelle) WAS NOT PAID!!! Personally, it looks like Kroger had more trucks than they can handle... Wise up to these guys, DRIVERS!!!

KRUGER Montreal, QC to WESTROCK Syracuse, NY

Worst load of my life 😪

Paperwork and appt was a big issue plus shipper damaged my trailer

Took 14hrs to offload at receiver ( westrock ) and till now Edge Logistics refused to pay. Same storyline we waiting for customer approval

Track and Trace calling anytime of the night all foreign

Definitely on DNU

My favorite broker is Miguel, his personality & sense of humor is UNMATCHED!!!! he’s the only person I deal with at Edge Logistics… He literally goes above & beyond & makes sure if I run into any problems it gets squared away!!! I’ve never had a problem w/ being paid, if a load canceled he’d make sure his accounting department issues my tonu.. Honest review from a carrier who is out here trying to survive… if want to do business w/ edge ask for Miguel he’s the best
