After buying my Gravley mowers and a few pieces of Stihl equipment from Oakley Napa in Florence I was disappointed to find out that, that is where it ends with them. Once you need service it is a whole different ballgame. The service takes forever, they barley warranty anything, they could careless about anything but putting money in their pocket, you are only a sale to them!! I have since started taking my business to Kiel Equiment in Russellville. Jamie, Allen, and the guys in the shop go above and beyond to get you back up and going and make sure your equipment is in tip top shape when it leaves. They make it a point to know who you are and treat you like a friend instead of just another sale. It is a little further for me to take my mowers and equipment to them but it is well worth the drive!!! I appreciate all that the guys at Kiel Equipment do to help me keep my business up and going.

If you're looking to buy a zero turn mower especially if you don't know much about them, go here. The staff will help you understand pricing and which mower would be best for you.

Do not deal with this place. I went there for a cub cadet riding mower. Was told by salesman, that I could get mower on 4 yr term interest free for $65/month.
When the guy did my paperwork, he set it up as 2 year term for $131.

I live out of state from location. So I would call to get it straightened out and get some lame reason like I forgot to talk to manager, or manager wasn't available everytime.
I was patient, waited 2-3 months for them to finally look into my case, only to get no satisfaction from them. Said there was nothing they could do.

Salesman was very unprofessional , or just didn't care about me as a customer. Only making a sale. But they need not worry about me ever doing business with them again. If this is how shopping local is, I'll stick with the big box stores.

Stay away from Oakley at Napa in Florence Al.

Bought multiple peices of equipment from them. Went to get a chain for the chainsaw I bought from them. Was sold the wrong parts and it did not fit the saw. I was working 20+ mins from there location, buy the time I noticed the part was wrong it was almost closing time and I immediately had to go back to exchange it (big inconvenience on me). I was cutting it close on timing so I called to explain I would be there right at closing time. and was told they would not wait 1 min after 6 to assist me so I had to speed to get there by 5:59. They lost a customer here. I would suggest you shop somewhere where they care about the customers

Called from parking lot to get price on a utility trailer and they quoted a price. Went back next day and was told a higher price. When questioned the price was told had sold all the trailers at the lower price the day before and just got in a new shipment that day that was a higher price. The same trailers from previous day were still there and no new ones were there. When questioned it tried to backtrack.
