I cannot express the breathe of fresh air that is working with these guys from my guy Tom to all the people from Team 1 and Team 3 nothing but good things to say. One of the absolute BEST carriers I deal with weekly and our company deals with daily. Worth every penny as they are always honest, transparent, and forward thinking. One of the most reliable carriers you can trust with important loads and know they will do a good job.
I worked with TEAM 34 and received a top notch service from these guys.
Driver was on time for P/U and DEL. Tracking team provided updates and sent POD immediately after load was delivered.

Most of the time I receive good service from carriers. I book 10-12 truckloads per week. However more often than not, I have to chase after the dispatcher and drivers to get updates/locations on the assigned load. However, this was not the case with Kavkaz Express LLC. I used them this week on a time sensitive reefer load. Every time I called, someone answered the phone (in this case, Jamie the dispatcher) They were quick to respond to emails and inquiries. And their tracking updates were phenomenal. All of that makes my day so much easier and more pleasant. And of course, my customers love the updates as well. I would highly recommend Kavkaz Express to anyone based on my experience this week. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
