Jen is absolutely AMAZING and ALWAYS available to answer your questions or provide assistance. Metro provides an ACCESSIBLE and CENTRALLY LOCATED storage facility and hires the BEST property managers. I wouldn’t trust my belongings with ANY OTHER company.

I can’t say enough positive things about this storage facility.
Super clean, super roomy hallways for maneuvering large pieces of furniture.
Ginormous driveway for large vehicles and trucks. Every time I’ve been there summer or winter temperature has always been perfect inside.
I would highly recommend a place like this for family and friends when in the process of moving or just need a place to store excessive household items or equipment.
Very friendly staff to guide you and assist you in finding the perfect size unit to accommodate your needs.

I corresponded with Joe, Tom, and Jen through my rental process. All are exceptional. They all are incredibly responsive, friendly, and are proactive in helping me meet my needs - very customer centric. They were highly coordinated, too, in making sure the info each of us talked about was passed between them. The quality of the staff they have there made choosing them a no brainer.

When using them since they opened five years ago. Had three storage units at one point when we were waiting to close on a short sale. I want to start off by saying thank you to Metro Self Storage for providing a clean, convenient, and safe experience over the last 4-5 years while storing my items, so thank you for providing that great experience.

I also want to give a shout-out to the very kind and thoughtful Jennifer(management) who looked out for me every time I needed help with choosing my units throughout the years. We have been using metro storage for years. Jennifer the property manager has always been extremely professional, efficient, friendly organized, and helpful. She is always willing to make sure that we are getting the best prices and promotions which has helped us greatly. She is always available for questions and follows up immediately.
