One month ago we did a load with this guys and requested detention for the time spent at the shipper. After we completed the load and provided the paperwork we never heard from them again, they are not answering the phone nor replying to emails.

On the rate confirmation they state that they pay detention $25 an hour. But in the end they will probably just ghost you and pretend nothing ever happened.

Carriers beware: this company is very difficult to work with and our experience with HyperFox logistics seems to be the same story that every other carrier company has had with them in the past. We had a very bad experience with with HyperFox and recieved no communication throughout the booking. We waited 3hrs to be loaded. Also freight was damaged during the loading process and HyperFox tried blaming my company for it. Luckily we have video and picture documentation to prove we did not take responsibility of the load at the time of damage. And we also have truck gps location and tracking to prove how long we waited. We also agreed to $1150 with Anthony due to our wait time and he scammed us and only sent over $1100. For
Live & Survive Trucking, LLC it's never about something as little as $50. For us it's about respect, good business practices and having a high quality principle. HyperFox Gave us a freight guard for damage and our business practices. And it is very clear that this is a tactic that is used by brokers like this to stop, slow down and or damage the reputation of Carrier companies that will not tolerate bad business. We at Live & Survive Trucking, LLC will not tolerate these types of business practices. We live and die by the quality of our work. All loads are handled and transported with upmost safety and care. Anthony was very unprofessional and unethical. For any company who has had an experience like this with any brokers past or present my advice is that you use the FMCSA's whistle blower division to investigate that broker companies business practices. Broker companies feel like they are above your company as a carrier. No! In fact without the carrier, brokers do not exist. I hope that in the near future HyperFox Logistics addresses these reoccurring issues and that they start to build great business relationships with carrier companies instead of trying to finding ways to cheat and damage their reputations after they have used them. Luckily for us the company we delivered to was very satisfied with the quality of our work and transportation. Business is business and no emotions should ever come into to play, so we at Live & Survive Trucking, LLC wish HyperFox Logistics well in their future endeavors. Although we will not be working with you moving forward we hope that you take our experience and the many others who have had the same problem with you into full consideration and develop good business values and practices in the future.

Actually think they are pretty straight forward. They are fair and direct
If youre looking to haul freight for planet earth pricing. I’d definitely recommend working with this company.

I called on a load and the guy that answered was immediately very aggressive , asking "who is this?" and hung up when I tried to say that I am calling on a load.These guys dont even have a real office location , must be some kind of a scam or smth. How can one build a bussiness with this kind of attitude?

Very unethical canceled load last minute. I have instructed our team not to work with this company. I suggest you google his address, office located next to a junkyard and used car lot. Makes sense now.
