I've used Same day Customs for years. From Prom sendoffs, to Family reunions. They've always came through for me and my family with Professional, accurate, customer service. Had a new project to tackle and Graphic Technician Sam was on point. Sam took care of my project fast, and added his own little finesse that blew me away with the results. Today was great! Karim was excellent! Extremely patient, OUTSTANDING customer service. We came in with 2 two year olds and an order of 14 shirts and he was great! Very patient when detailing the shirt…. His recommendations were greatly appreciated! He also found exact color to match our shoes! We are so excited for our trip…. This place was excellent! The owner was so great not sure what his name was. I got Tee Shirts done for my son who passed away and needed them for the walk I'm doing in his honor. Not only did the Tee Shirts look amazing he was so kind to print the picture and framed it for me. I was speechless and thankful for his kindness with such a heartbreaking thing I had to do. Really wish I slowed down to get his name because I don't think he understood how gretful I was. 🙏❤️

I came in and George was very helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions for my shirts. He was able to finish my two shirts in 15 minutes. I would definitely go back.

Came by today to get a sweater printed for work. I wasn’t given the option by the previous employee to choose my font or how big the font was and when I came back I was unsatisfied with the product. Then George offered to fix the sweater for me and give me the other one free of charge. Overall satisfied with the customer service.
