Matthew was extremely kind! Having a two month old, it’s extremely hard to get around especially during the cold but thankfully he was kind enough to hold them longer than he’s allowed. I only had crocs to wear and was worried I wasn’t going to stay warm! Ty!

Happened to go into the store to resolve an order that never arrived. Since we had no receipt I just expected to get some information. Instead a very helpful guy named Luis immediately checked out the problem and after a short conversation with his back office department worked out a most satisfactory resolution and we will get the order completed this week. Wish I would have had time for more shopping at his store but will definitely be a repeat customer.

The associate named Diana was the sweetest person and the greatest help! Although I wasn’t able to purchase shoes here since they didn’t have the one I wanted in my size, she did me the favor and called a different Journeys and had them put it on hold for me. i walked in and was greeted immediatly . staff was super friendly and even helped me figure out my shoes size . after we figured out my size, i was then brought a ton of shoes. some simular to what i had wanted and some that were a bit out there . all in all we found my perfect shoe and i was satisfied

One of the best shoe stores ever. They have Doc Martens, Uggs, Timberlands, Birkenstocks, Pumas, Nike, the greatest looking pair of Adidas you ever seen and many other shoe brands. They also sell very stylist sweatshirts and shirts backpacks socks and even hats. This store is actually one of the best stores ever. It's always on my to go list When I visit the mall. I recommend you come here if you're looking for the latest pair of shoes.

Y’all so problematic and do the most. The managers are not professional whatsoever. What’s even worse is y’all treat employees like trash. There’s not one moment the managers are not talking about the other. You think costumers don’t know, but we do. Didn’t even buy anything for the store because the poor service. Sad
