The driver, Helene, was wonderful and she was where she said she would be when she said she would be. She multiple times had to regroup and call in new teams because the were not willing to do the work required of them. When she arrived to haul off our goods... while hauling off our goods they broke a wooden 3' x 6' x 2 bookcase and a black 6 x 6 cubed shevling y
Unit.bfour even leaving Oazrk, Alabama. Once arriving the broke the leg on an antique sewing machine stand and the front corner of a smart tv.

Lost two family heirlooms plus many other items. Thousands of dollars of damage. I had to insist they use packing paper in boxed items when I saw them packing full boxes without a single piece of packing paper. Dropped a bookcase down the stairs- destroyed the bookcase and put holes in the wall. They left their trash in our trash cans looking like this. We move every two years and this was move #10 for us. I know how it should be and this was the worst move ever! Do not use this company!!

We had our house packed up two days ago by Marcel and Tim. They were such a wonderful crew! Anytime we requested that something be packed a specific way, they were more than happy to do it. Everything was wrapped and they were very thorough. Best of all, they were positive and polite! They were a great packing crew.

Terrible moving experience. They showed up with an 18 wheeler after telling us we didn’t need one. The truck couldn’t get up our road which was why we didn’t want an 18 wheeler. They had to rent a smaller truck to shuttle our stuff to the big truck at another location. Then that Tuesday (moving day) we were told we’d get our furniture on Friday, by the following Wednesday we still didn’t have our stuff. The staff was not helpful at all. They just kept telling us there were delays day after day. We slept on the floor for a solid week. Wish I had done more research because I would never had chosen this company.

Totally careless, irresponsible.
They punch holes throw the roof of my trailer and refuse to pay for it or at least apologize for there mistake.
Loader name is Mathew Mores. Clearly doesn't know how to work a forklift.
