They are a secure facility. You can only get in if your up on your payments and your account is good standing. So no one is definitely going to get in to the storage units . Late fees can be harsh and add up quickly if you don't pay on time . So it's best to pay right on time. Otherwise it can cost you big money

Safe and secure storage facility. Only problem I had was that nobody shoveled any snow during the bad weather so it was impossible to get in for a week. I think if you can’t use it you shouldn’t have to pay for it just my opinion.

The ease of renting a unit was simply amazing! In todays world of technology to be able to rent a unit in less than 15 minutes was one of the reasons for me to rent. Also I had to call CS(Jamie) to get some clarification on the rent and they are extremely friendly and professional! I also wanted to note that there is ample room for trucks with trailers with no tight turns.

They have friendly staff members that answer questions or concerns that one may have. They have well lit area around the storage unit it is safe and secure. I have never had any problems with my storage unit. I never had anything damage or destroyed as far as my own personal property while renting unit from this company. They make it easy to go online and make a payments. I gave them a five star because I have had wonderful experiences with them while being a Customer with thus company.
