Absolutely a nightmare to try to work with -- Many of the reviews you see are accurate. If you are desperate, take the load but there are many load options in the Peoria area besides them.

As a driver, no overnight parking. They go by appointment time. My regret to come here early. Space is tight. There are not a lot of people here. Quite. The restroom room could be a problem if nobody answered the door. Be planned, on time you should be good.

I was a owner operator there last year. Found them to be very professional and understanding. Freight became slow just like every where else. But all in all a solid group there.

Do not work with this company .
They are not honest and unprofessional. We did our part of the deal they changed their said last minute and now they don't want to reimburse for our service.
Save your time and simply avoid working with then , specially with Carlene Bachar . If you care for your drivers , don't trust them!

Lesson learned - should have read the reviews before taking load. Arrived at receiver for 10 am appt as told by dispatcher, was told by receiver that we didn't have an appointment. Sam (dispatcher) apologized up and down and promised us $$ to get delivered so we did, then when it came time to get a new rate confirmation we got:" Your company took a load from us and delivered that load and that entitles your company to the amount of money stated on the rate sheet. I understand there was confusion at the receiver, seems common these days but that is beyond my control. We will pay the rate per our agreement. Not sure why brokers won't stand up for their carriers these days. I hope the days come again when they need us more than we need them. This will be the first one I go after. If I could give zero stars, I would have.
